By accessing and using My Author Pilot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

My Author Pilot is a marketing automation platform specifically designed for authors. Our Service includes:

• SEO optimization tools for author websites
• Book launch checklists and project management
• Task library with marketing templates
• Analytics and performance tracking

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication

• Price lock guarantee: your rate will never increase

• Cancel anytime with 30-day notice

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Paddle
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes (for new subscribers) require 30 days notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or engage in deceptive marketing practices
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Our Rights

My Author Pilot retains all rights, title, and interest in:

• The Service platform, software, and technology
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Templates, frameworks, and methodologies we provide
• Aggregated and anonymized usage data

Your Rights

You retain ownership of:

• Your marketing campaigns, email sequences, and creative work
• Your customer data and contact lists

License Grant

You grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Use anonymized data to improve our platform
• Display your content within the Service interface

Termination by You

Termination by Us

• Remain inactive for more than 12 months

Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with all third-party services
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation
• That the Service will meet all your requirements

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Author Pilot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or marketing activities
• Your infringement of third-party rights

Governing Law

Dispute Process
